酶学参考实验室通过量值溯源,确保与其测量结果及相关工作条件溯源至现有最高计量学等级,包括对能直接溯源至国际单位制(international system of units,SI)导出单位的酶催化活性浓度,及与测量有关仪器设备主要性能参数的量值溯源。 本文以肌酸激酶参考测量程序为例,对其量值溯源,涉及的相关因素有时间、 容量、 温度、 分光光度计波长和透光度、 比色杯光径、 酸度计pH、质量等。 以阐明酶活性浓度量值溯源过程中应注意事项,以尽量避免溯源过程中可能出现的偏差。
Reference laboratory of enzymology ensure the working conditions associated with the measured related to the highest stated reference standard through metrological traceability,includes the activity concentration of kinase which can be directly traced to international system of units(SI)units and performance parameters of some related main equipment. Taking reference procedure for creatine kinase as an example,the article describes the traceability process of time,volume,temperature,wavelength and penetrability of spectrophotometer,the inner diameter of colorimetric cup,pH and quality for clarifying the matters need attention in the traceability process of concentration measurement for enzymatic activitye,which is conductive to make the metrological traceability more accurate.
