我国男科实验室精液分析现状与应对策略

目前,我国男科实验室的精液分析现状为:对精液分析项目名称的使用不够规范,理解不够透彻;许多实验室还不重视精液分析质量,没有意识到精液分析结果准确的重要性;不同实验室同一项目的检测方法不统一,结果可比性差;许多实验室缺乏质量保证和持续的精液分析质量改进措施。针对精液分析中存在的这些问题,目前能够做到也应该做到的是,男科实验室可根据最新世界卫生组织标准和精液分析现状,选择最合适的检测方法;结合自身实验室条件制定每个精液分析项目的标准操作程序(standard operating procedure,SOP)文件,并严格按此文件操作;在目前实验室间质量评价难以开展的情况下,初步建立实验室内质量控制措施,并制定科室每年的科训和外出培训计划,以达到持续改进精液分析质量的目的。只有这样,才能保证精液分析结果准确可靠,才能为临床提供高质、有效的服务。

At present, the status of semen analysis in andrology laboratories of China is as follows: the designations of semen analysis parameters are not used correctly and their connotations are not exactly understood. The quality of semen analysis and the importance of accurate results of semen analysis are neglected in many laboratories. The detection methods of the same parameters in different laboratories are not unified, making the results interpretation difficulty. Therefore, quality assurance and continuous improvement of semen analysis quality is required in many laboratories. Aiming directly at these problems in semen analysis, the following measures should be done. The optimal detection methods should be selected based on the latest World Health Organization (WHO) standard and the current status of semen analysis. The standard operating procedure (SOP) documents for each semen analysis parameter should be formulated according to the WHO standard and laboratory conditions. The operation should be performed strictly according to the SOP documents. Given the circumstance that the external quality assurance (EQA) system in andrology laboratories is difficult to develop, internal quality assurance (IQA) measures are desired. Meanwhile, the training plans in laboratories and academic conferences should be designed yearly, as to improve semen analysis quality continuously. Only in this way, could the exact results of semen analysis be obtained, and high quality and effective services be provided by andrology laboratories.
