计算机自动审核是指临床实验室指挥计算机基于系统设定的一套审核规则对检验结果进行自动审核的过程。随着临床实验室信息化进展,计算机自动审核逐渐受到重视。使用自动审核可以提高检验报告核发的效率,缩短检验标本周转时间。尽管如此,自动审核系统功能仍需不断完善,自动审核的规范化管理亦需引起重视。

Autoverification is a process using computer-based rules to verify clinical laboratory test results automatically. With the development of informatization in clinical laboratory, more and more attention is put into the computer-based autoverification. There are many advantages to use autoverification, such as improving the efficacy of validation, shortening the turnaround time, and so on. Nevertheless, the autoverification requires continuously improving the computer-based validation system and attaching more attention to the standardized management.
