α-烯醇化酶(alpha-enolase, ENO1)在很长一段时间内被认为是一种古老的、功能单一的糖酵解酶。近年发现ENO1除了在糖酵解中发挥作用外,还具有多种生物学功能。目前研究主要集中在ENO1的免疫原性、纤溶酶原受体、肿瘤生长调控作用等方向,而与恶性肿瘤发生、发展的关系研究则备受关注。

Alpha-enolase (ENO1) is considered to be a kind of old, single glycolytic enzyme in a long period. Recently, it is found that ENO1 has various biological functions in addition to glycolysis enzyme. Currently, the research of ENO1 mainly focuses on its role in immunogenicity, fibrinolytic enzyme receptor, tumor suppressor and promot or the relationship between ENO1 and malignant tumor became to be hot area.
