胃癌的发生是多阶段、多因素共同作用的结果,而幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp) 感染是胃癌发生、发展的重要启动因素。对Hp感染的发病机制、流行病学以及治疗预防这几方面的研究能够有效的提高Hp的清除率。对于Hp感染的预防以及治疗能从多角度降低消化道溃疡或者胃癌的发病率与病死率。

The occurrence of gastric cancer is the result of multiple stages and multiple factors, in which Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection is an important trigger. The research on the pathogenesis, epidemic, prevention and treatment, environmental factors related to Hp infection can effectively improve the eradication of Hp. Prevention and treatment of Hp infection plays an important role in reducing the incidence and mortality of peptic ulcer or gastric cancer in many aspects.
