Thinking of current situation and problems in independent clinical laboratory technical talents training

Abstract:

With the deepening of healthcare reform in China and the rapid development of biotechnology, the development of independent laboratory has entered the development of the accelerated period. However, there are three big problems behind the thriving development of independent clinical laboratory technical personnel training. First, there are impassable differences between the content of personnel training in medical colleges and the demand for independent laboratory technicians; Second, there is a contradiction between the laboratory business model and the current laboratory technical personnel training mechanism; Third, the rapid development of independent clinical laboratories and the growth of talent in the industry has been uneven. The method of solving these probles is as following: independent clinical laboratory participates in the reform and innovation of clinical laboratory disciplines in medical colleges and Universities and explores the multiple training forms, multiple training platforms and multidimensional training models in the laborator; the independent clinical laboratory and the medical universities in the same region carry out deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and adopt various modes to train high-end technical personnel that is suitable for laboratories, explore the current independent clinical laboratory personnel training problems; In sum, construction and training of medical laboratory personnel has become to be one of the issues that need to be solved. And only by solving these problems, will it be conducive to the cultivation of medical independent laboratory professional and technical personnel, and can better promote the development of independent clinical laboratory.
