Abstract:

Objective

To establish an automatic audit system for microbiological test results report.

Methods

Set up the microbiological test results report automatic audit rule based on laboratory information management system.

Results

There are two kinds of quality control rules: contradiction with other test results and correlation between test results and relevant data. 103 cases of warning reports of customers′ special needs have been reported and 56 cases have passed the warning, the passing rate is 54.36%; 18 cases of critical value warning report have been reported and 11 cases have passed the warning, and the pass rate was 61.11%. The test results were consistent with the patient′s gender, and the total number of reports was 100, with 100 cases have passed the warning; the pass rate is 100%.

Conclusion

The establishment of automatic microbial audit procedures can improve the efficiency of microbial inspectors, reduce the error rate of personnel auditing, ensure the accuracy of reports, and optimize the workflow.

Key words: Automatic audit, Microbiological test, Warning
