Abstract:

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a type of malignancy with high incidence and mortality. Early diagnosis and treatment has become a key factor to improve the survival of the patients. Therefore, it is necessary to find an efficient and non-invasive marker for early diagnosis and prognosis in HCC. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a new hotspot in the research field of HCC in recent years, and in this paper we will review the value of lncRNA in the diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Key words: Long non-coding RNA, Hepatocellular carcinoma, Diagnosis, Prognosis
