Abstract:

In the construction and development of medical laboratory, risk management is extremely important. There are various risks in the laboratory of primary medical institutions. By identifying the risks and its categories of human resource management in laboratory, we analyze various factors related to human resource management risks, propose corresponding risk defense strategies, and then formulate targeted and feasible risk mitigation measures to reasonably avoid risks associated with human resource management, so as to achieve the comprehensive goal of laboratory management.
