Personal comments on the guideline of cholesterol treatment announced by ACC/AHA in 2013

Abstract:

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) /American Heart Association (AHA) on November 12, 2013, announced the latest guideline on the treatment of blood cholesterol to reduce atherosclerotic cardiovascular risk in adults. In this new guideline update, much has changed in areas of human cholesterol management and this document contains new and revised recommendations. The paper here, by closely integrating with the experience of clinical practice in China, focused on the ACC/AHA guidelines important recommendations and then elabrated the personal comments based on the interpretation of the space arround me.
