循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cell, CTC)被认为与肿瘤复发和远处转移有着密不可分的联系。近年来,CTC在乳腺癌的疗效检测、预后分析、转移复发预测等方面的应用价值已被越来越多的临床数据所证实,其已成为当前乳腺癌预后预测和治疗方面的研究热点。本文对CTC的检测及其在乳腺癌诊断、治疗、预后以及个体化治疗方面的应用和进展综述如下。

Circulating tumor cell is considered to have a close relationship with tumor relapse and metastasis. In recent years, More and more clinical trials and evidences have validated its application value in the efficacy of detection, prognosis and metastatic recurrence of breast cancer, circulating tumor cell has become a hot topic in prognostic and prediction of breast cancer. This article gives a summary in the detection and its application value of circulating tumor cell in breast cancer.
