食物过敏(FA)诱发的过敏症状复杂多样,不仅影响着患者的生活质量,严重的还会威胁到患者生命。近年来,过敏原组分诊断(CRD)受到了广泛的关注,在诊断食物过敏方面有一定的临床价值。本文就食物CRD在国内外的研究现状、常见致敏食物组分的特点、CRD在食物过敏中的应用价值、食物组分的检测技术等方面进行阐述,为CRD在食物过敏中的研究方向提供新的思路,对食物过敏的预防和临床诊治提供参考依据。

The allergic symptoms induced by food allergy (FA) are complex and varied, which not only impact negatively on quality of life, but also threatens the lives in severe cases. In recent years, component-resolved diagnostics (CRD) has aroused extensive attention and has certain clinical value in the diagnosis of food allergies. In this review, the research status of food CRD at home and abroad, the characteristics of common allergenic food components, the application value of CRD in food allergy, and the detection technology of food components were summarized, so as to provide new ideas for the research direction of CRD in food allergy and reference for the prevention, clinical diagnosis and treatment of food allergy.
