Abstract:

Alzheimer's disease is a kind of neuron degenerative disorders which is characterized by progressive and irreversible loss of brain neurons, cognitive disorders, memory impairment are the main clinical features. The aging of the population gives a sharp rise in the number of AD patients. Therefore, screening and finding new sensitive and specific biomarkers, especially early AD biornarkers, is very important for improving the AD patients survival rate and quality of life, it has become the key of early diagnosis and treatment of AD. In this paper, the progress of the protein biomarkers for AD is reviewed.
