Improving clinical laboratory quality and service by handling patient complaints and suggestions carefully

Abstract:

Increasing request of the high-quality health service contributes to increasing medical complaints. In order to improve the service of clinical laboratory, it is necessary to take precaution against complaints and handle the complaints in a proper way before it has worsened. Only facing up to complaints, could we improve the quality of clinical laboratory service.
