Serum apolipoprotein E of quantitative detection and its clinical application

Abstract

Abstract:

Apolipoprotein E(ApoE) is an important component of plasma lipoprotein, and plays an important role in regulating plasma lipid metabolism. In recent years, the applications of immunoprecipitation method and other ApoE concentration quantitative detection methods, made the ApoE as an useful clinical parameter. Many studies have shown close relation between ApoE and cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases and other diseases. In this paper, we give a prospect of the clinical application of ApoE parameter.
