Abstract:

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is extremely harmful and highly contagious. About one million people worldwide has been died of HBV infection every year. The virus is hard to be completely eradicated, and full remission is impossible. It is particularly important to do a good job in the early detection, early treatment of the disease and detection of HBV in the treatment process. This paper first introduces the common clinical detection methods such as colloidal gold method, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, time-resolved fluorescence assay, chemiluminescent immunoassay and FQ-PCR method, and makes a detailed comparative analysis of them. Then it introduces the new research direction of HBV detection. Finally, the current situation and development direction of HBV detection are discussed and prospected.

Key words: Hepatitis B virus, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Time-resolved fluorescence assay, Chemiluminescent immunoassay
