Abstract:

Since 2019, the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 and the continuous mutation of the Novel Coronavirus have not only caused panic in the international community, but also put great pressure on the prevention and control of imported COVID-19 from abroad. As Yunnan is located in a remote area, large-scale nucleic acid screening has become an important part of regular epidemic prevention and control. In this background, how to combine the actual situation of their own coronavirus nucleic acid testing with high quality and efficiency is the major issues faced by the cardiovascular hospital. Based on the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test conducted by more than 30000 person-times in Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital of Yunnan Province, this paper summarizes the experience from two aspects: first, how to use rapid nucleic acid testing technology to issue reports timely and accurately in the case of a large number of acute and critical operations; Second, how to shorten the reporting time as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the quality of routine large-scale screening.

Key words: Novel coronavirus, Nucleic acid detection, Quality control, Gene amplification
