Mobile nucleic acid detecting laboratory plays an important role in improving the regional nucleic acid detection ability of SARS-CoV-2 in a short time, and is the basis and premise for implementing "early detection, early reporting, early isolation, and early treatment". This paper summarizes the experience of the mobile nucleic acid testing laboratory in the process design, staffing and biosafety in the large-scale population SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid screening, as well as the key points for attention in the work, so as to provide a reference for the application of the mobile nucleic acid testing laboratory in the large-scale population SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid screening in the local epidemic in the future.
