Abstract:

Clinical genetics laboratory is developing rapidly with the increase in the nymber, scale tests,while the prolem of management is getting more prominent. Both accurate position and scientific management are essential to ensure higher-quality and highter efficiency in clinical genetics laboratory to satisfy increasing clinical requirements. The first of all, in order to futher improve the relevant regulation, the clinical orientation of the laboratory should be centain. Secondly, scientific management should be implemented, which includes personnel management,laboratory diagnosis project management, quality management, and efficiency of management, and other aspects.
