Abstract:
Objective Through funnel experiment, we help students establish the outline of quality system and understand the basic methods of system improvement.
Methods Based on the experimental operation methods, the teaching requirements and the existing conditions, the course design was carried out, and the interactive teaching scheme including problem presentation, common intervention and systematic adjustment was constructed, and the practice was carried out in the undergraduate course of the laboratory medicine Department of Guangzhou Medical University.
Results The tasks of laboratory education was fulfilled successfully. There was a significant difference between the results of the systematic adjustment and the results of the common intervention improvement (P<0.05). The curriculum satisfaction score was 9.4, and 95% of the students thought the course was helpful to the understanding and improvement of the system.
Conclusion Introducing classical experiment of management can effectively guide students to establish systematic thinking mode and ensure the smooth implementation of the course of clinical laboratory quality management.
