美国感染性疾病学会(Infectious Diseases Society of America, IDSA)在2016年初更新了《念珠菌病处置的临床实践指南》(以下简称"新指南")。新指南在念珠菌病诸多方面有较多调整，提出17个问题，给出了140个推荐。本文对新指南部分更新重点内容进行解读，包括诊断要点、非粒细胞缺乏症患者菌血症治疗的推荐、ICU内疑似感染时经验治疗、呼吸道念珠菌、尿路感染等，以更好地运用新指南改进临床念珠菌病治疗工作。

The Infectious Diseases Society of America(IDSA) on February 15, 2016, published the updated Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Candidiasis. The new guideline have many changes, put 17 questions and give us 140 recommendations. This paper here will introduce some new update guidelines including the key diagnosis issue, treatment for candidemia in nonneutropenic patients, empric treatment for suspected infection in patients in the Intensive Care Unit, isolates from respiratory tract, urinary tract infection etc.
