体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)实验室人员对于生殖医学中心而言是最核心的资源。在IVF实验室日常工作的整个流程中,首先要立足于人员管理的过程和程序符合标准,才可以着手建立IVF实验室全面质量管理体系。本文根据ISO 15189:2012的相关要求并综合相关文献,对IVF实验室人员管理进行全面阐述,以期为生殖医学中心管理层提供相关建议。
In vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory staffs are the core resources for reproductive medicine centers. In the whole process of IVF laboratory′s daily work, the first step is to establish the IVF laboratory′s total quality management system based on the personnel management process and procedures meeting the standards. According to the relevant requirements of ISO 15189: 2012 and relevant literature, this paper expounds the management of IVF laboratory personnel in order to provide relevant suggestions for the management of reproductive medicine centers.
