本文对比了第2版ISO 15189:2007和2011年第3版ISO 15189:2011对验证/确认的要求，新版对此两方面的要求做了重要修改。中国医学实验室如按新版要求进行认可，将增加不少技术工作，并要求我国体外诊断企业提供对测量系统/测量程序的完整确认研究数据。

This paper compares the requirement of validation/verification in the 2nd edition ISO 15189:2007 with the 3rd edition ISO 15189:2011; there are important changes in the 3rd edition. Implementing the requirement in new edition would promote the medical laboratory to do more technical work, and make in vitro diagnostic manufacturers provide a fully study report of validation for measuring system/measurement procedure.
