Professional experimental course is one of the important ways to carry out ideological and moral education for colleges and universities. Biochemical experiment is an important compulsory experimental course for majors related to biology. It plays a key role in the establishment and development of biochemistry curriculum. Therefore, it is very important to integrate ideological and political education in biochemical experiments. According to the experimental content of biochemistry, this paper explores and organically integrates the ideological and political elements during the teaching of experimental principles, the implementation of experimental operations and the analysis of experimental results, which can better realize the educational goal of integrating value molding, knowledge teaching and ability training. Meanwhile, it is expected to provide some reference for other experimental courses to better implement ideological and political construction.
