Application of new technology for the diagnosis of infectious diseases

Abstract:

Some advanced methods and multi-platform technologies have been used for diagnosis of infectious diseases. We reviewed the advanced technologies, such as rapid antigen and antibody detection, rapid molecular detection, integrated automate platform, rapid microorganism identification systems, novel biomarker for sepsis, and the automaton and digitization technologies in this article. It may provide guidance for the future application of new technology in clinical microbiology laboratory, as to provide reference for the construction of clinical microbiology laboratories in the future.
