The construction of standardized training base for laboratory technician in Beijing

Abstract

Abstract:

The training of laboratory technician is to make them have a solid theoretical knowledge and to master all kinds of skills through standardized training, there by they can analyze and solve the problems in clinical works. This paper focuses on training base and teaching staff, and discusses the construction of standardized training base for laboratory technician. These are the important works to enable the laboratory technician to get a good education after graduation, thus to provide quality services for clinical works.
