Understanding and implementing the continuous improvement of laboratory quality management

Abstract

Abstract:

Continuous improvement is the soul of the quality management，also is one of the indispensable important parts in laboratory management. Continuous improvement includes identifying opportunities，making improvement plans，implementing improvement measures，and evaluating the improvement effectiveness. Choosing the suitable continuous improvement methods is the key. There are five commonly used methods，including double cycle method，looking for reasons method，process optimization method，6-sigma method，and establishing continuous improvement mechanism； the above will help us promote continuous quality improvement and improve the management level.
