Construction of humanistic healthcare service in clinical laboratory

Abstract

Abstract:

Humanistic healthcare service is a new mode of modern healthcare service. As a crucial part of hospital functional departments, clinical laboratory plays an important role in the existence and development of hospital. In order to continuously improve the quality of clinical laboratory services, meet the demands of general public for better healthcare, and promote the further development of clinical laboratory and hospital,laboratory staffs should change the service concept, improve the service environment, strengthen the quality control management, shorten the laboratory turnaround time, and formulate reasonable inspection index combination.
