Laboratory medicine, a new interdisciplinary and comprehensive subject, takes a very important position in the development of medical science. With the evolution of automatic and intelligentized laboratory and the mature and application of molecular biological techniques mass-spectrometric technique and immunolabelling techniques, a chance for the development of laboratory medicine is made and new demands for the laboratory management and talent cultivation are brought up at the same time. We want to provide theoretical basis for the development of laboratory medicine and talent cultivation by analyzing the situation and inner culture?s deficiency of laboratory medicine, multipolar medical laboratory′s development and management, laboratory medicine construction faced with the problem, and the requirement of talent cultivation.
